If your engine is running cooler than it should, there may be a problem.  An unusually low operating temperature could indicate a thermostat that isn’t working properly, which can be bad news for your vehicle.  If the thermostat is stuck open and your vehicle runs cold, or it’s malfunctioning, causing the temperature to fluctuate between hot and cold, that thermostat is preventing your engine from operating in the normal range.   This not only stresses your engine, but also results in poor fuel economy.  Take steps to avoid expensive repairs and save money on gas by having this problem checked immediately.
